Job Description:

We are seeking a self-motivated Property Manager with a great personality who is ready to lead their team and keep us competitive in the market. Build and/or develop your team, manage your property and create the best environment you can for our residents.

Must have at least three years of verifiable experience as a Property Manager to apply.

Essential Duties:

  • Increase occupancy and lease apartments, while overseeing all onsite staff and activities
  • Ensure all budgeting guidelines are followed consistently
  • Evaluate financial performance and seasonal trends to identify and implement solutions
  • Monitor resident satisfaction in person or through follow-up calls to ensure a positive living experience
  • Daily communication and collaboration with staff, regional managers and others as needed
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the property, community and competitors
  • Build and maintain a team that will work toward property’s community goals together
  • Motivate, direct and evaluate employees and all related personnel issues
  • Physically walk and inspect community on a daily basis to address issues and verify standards
  • Oversee and direct all administrative duties in accordance with company policy and procedures
  • Process invoices, produce daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting as needed
  • Work with vendors and develop vendor relations to properly manage day to day outsourced services including turn/make ready process, light to medium capital expense projects and routine maintenance


Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of three to five years Property Manager experience preferred
  • CAM, CPM, CCIM, College Degree in related field a plus
  • A positive, motivating and team-oriented attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A desire to exceed in a very competitive environment
  • Ability to utilize all Microsoft, Outlook and Excel program
  • Ability to utilize accounting and property management software a plus
