Anthony J. Iarocci
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Iarocci is the principal of Key Real Estate Company overseeing acquisition, development/rehabilitation and property management efforts. Mr. Iarocci and his team have developed or acquired over $300 million of real estate product which consist of approximately 2,200 Class A apartment units and over 25,000 square feet of commercial space. Prior to his ventures in real estate, Mr. Iarocci worked with various buy-side investment funds and wealthy individuals assisting in the acquisition of well over $100 million in various small businesses in the Banking, Information Technology, and Health Care Industries. Mr. Iarocci holds undergraduate and MBA degrees from Tulane University.
Angela S. Allen
President, Key Management
Mrs. Allen is responsible for all departments directly related to residential operations and property management including on-site personnel, financial performance, leasing and occupancy performance, business development, and market studies. Prior to joining Key Management Company in 2013, Mrs. Allen held multiple positions at Windsor Property Management Company/GID, a Boston based national multi-family real estate firm with over 20, 000 units. Over her 13 year tenure with the organization she managed Class A multi-family assets in 5 different states, with her last position being Divisional Manager of 1,200 residential units and 65,000 square feet of retail space in Manhattan. Along with her operations role, Mrs. Allen has been involved in over 17 acquisitions, which allowed her to gain experience in all facets of the industry including due diligence, proforma underwriting, assisting in preparing and delivering presentations to the Executive Committee, new business plans, and assessing multiple teams of personnel in a short time. Along with her responsibilities with operations and acquisitions, Mrs. Allen was also involved in multiple asset dispositions and closings. Mrs. Allen holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa.
Jonathan E. Oray
Regional Manager, Key Management
Mr. Oray is responsible for the implementation, oversight, and execution of all financial and physical performance objectives for the Louisiana and Mississippi Region. Prior to joining Key Management Company in 2013, Mr. Oray has worked for Fee Management, Private Owners and Real Estate Investment Firms as both a Property Manager and Regional Manager with over 10 years’ experience. Mr. Oray specializes in Class A multi-family management specifically in Capital Improvements, Net Operating Income Growth, Rent Growth Development Planning, and Employee Training and Development. While working for Colonial Properties Trust, a REIT with over 38,000 residential units, Mr. Oray received numerous awards for Net Operating Income Growth, Expense Control and Year over Year Income Growth. Mr. Oray utilizes his on-site experience to lead by example and prides himself on being proactive instead of reactive when it comes to Property Management. Mr. Oray holds a Bachelors Degree of General Studies with a concentration of Business and Communications from Louisiana State University of Alexandria.
Jessica L. Duggan
Mrs. Duggan contributes to the success of the organization by assisting in several aspects of accounting for property management and development departments. Before joining Key Management Company in 2013 Mrs. Duggan was a Property Accountant at Historic Restoration Inc., a New Orleans based full service multi-family real estate company specializing in rebuilding neighborhoods. Mrs. Duggan was responsible for the preparation of financial statements with combined asset values over 100 million dollars. Over her professional experience Mrs. Duggan has had to interact with all levels of management, perform multiple special requests with varying deadlines while maintaining routine workload demands and deadlines. Mrs. Duggan has a Bachelors degree in Finance from the University of New Orleans.
R. Brett Clark
Director of Asset Management
Brett Clark serves as the Director of Asset Management for Key Real Estate Company and is responsible for implementing lease-revenue optimization programs, as well as conducting portfolio performance reviews with internal and external partners. As part of these initiatives, Mr. Clark assists with the property budgeting and reforecasting process, develops market-specific investment strategies, and monitors the relationship between property pricing practices, market performance and renter acceptance for the entire Key portfolio comprised of over $300 million in multi-family assets. Also included in Mr. Clark’s responsibilities are: leading all processes relative to real estate acquisition/disposition market analysis, underwriting, due diligence, investor presentations, closing and investor relations for Key. Prior to joining Key, Mr. Clark held an Engineering Development and Manufacturing position with Robert Bosch Corporation, a German automotive components manufacturer and also created an online highline and exotic car boutique. Mr. Clark holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a Business Minor from Auburn University and an M.B.A. with a Finance Concentration and International Business Minor from Tulane University.
Michael R. Lang
Director of Real Estate Development
Mr. Lang oversees all aspects of Key Real Estate Company’s real estate development activities including, planning, design, entitlements, financing, construction, marketing, sales, leasing, operation, and new deal origination. Prior to joining Key, Mr. Lang was the founder and principal of Equilibrium Realty Partners, an investment and development advisory firm, which crafted real estate solutions for public and private clients. Over the course of Mr. Lang’s real estate career, which began at Commercial Properties Realty Trust (CPRT) where he served as a Development Associate and later as Regional Development Director, he has also been involved with the closing of over $205 million in financing and disposition transactions. His experience ranges across a variety of property types, including: hospitality, retail, office and mixed-use. Representative transactions include the refinancing of a 715,000SF office technology park, the disposition of a 1MM SF retail shopping center portfolio, and the recapitalization of a 290-room national flag hotel. Mr. Lang holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Tulane University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami. He is an alumnus of the 2008 Council for A Better Louisiana (CABL) Leadership Louisiana Class and also currently serves as a Board Member of the Mid-City Redevelopment Alliance, BREC Foundation, and Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge.
