    Anthony Iarocci is the principal of Key Real Estate Company overseeing acquisition, development and property management efforts. He and his team have developed or acquired more than $650 million in real estate product, consisting of approximately 4,300 Class A apartment units and over 25,000 square feet of commercial space. Prior to his ventures in real estate, Iarocci worked with various buy-side investment funds and family offices assisting in the acquisition of well over $100 million in various small businesses in the Banking, Information Technology, and Health Care Industries. Iarocci holds undergraduate and MBA degrees from Tulane University.

    Angie Allen is responsible for all departments directly related to residential operations and property management, including on-site personnel, financial performance, leasing and occupancy performance, business development, and market studies. Prior to joining Key Management Company in 2013, Allen held multiple positions at Windsor Property Management Company/GID, a Boston based national multi-family real estate firm with more than 20, 000 units. Over her 13-year tenure with the organization, she managed Class A multi-family assets in 5 different states, with her last position being Divisional Manager of 1,200 residential units and 65,000 square feet of retail space in Manhattan. Along with her operations role, Allen has been involved in more than 20 acquisitions, which allowed her to gain experience in all facets of the industry including due diligence, pro forma underwriting, assisting in preparing and delivering presentations to the Executive Committee, new business plans, and assessing multiple teams of personnel in a short time. In addition to her responsibilities with operations and acquisitions, Allen was also involved in multiple asset dispositions and closings. Allen holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa.

    Jessica Duggan contributes to the success of the organization by supervising the property management accounting and development departments. Duggan manages the administration of accounts payable on behalf of multiple entities and helps ensure proper internal controls and regulatory compliances are met. She assists in creation of annual budgets, cash flow management and tax preparation. Duggan also provides ongoing training to the accounting team and staff members in order to help maximize efficiency. Prior to joining Key Real Estate Company, Duggan was a Property Accountant at Historic Restoration Inc., a New Orleans-based full-service multi-family real estate company specializing in rebuilding neighborhoods. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of New Orleans.

    Sarah Ivester is responsible for preparing financial information for Key Real Estate Company that is used by management, investors, and lenders to make informed financial decisions. Her primary duties include auditing all financial transactions for properties and development projects, assisting with cash flow projections, and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. Prior to joining Key Management Company in 2015, Ivester worked in a range of accounting roles, including as a staff accountant for a public accounting firm and as an accounting specialist for a privately-owned company.  Throughout her professional career, she has worked with all levels of management as well as directly with clients in day-to-day operations. Ivester holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Portland State University.

    Erin Warfield is responsible for preparing financial information for Key Real Estate Company properties that is used by management, investors, and lenders to make informed financial decisions. Her primary duties include reviewing all financial transactions for properties as well as preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. Prior to joining Key, Warfield served as a production manager and staff accountant for a CPA firm. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.

    Sarah Avrard administers a wide array of day-to-day operations at the corporate level including payroll processing, employee benefits coordination, HR procedures and documentation as well as accounts payable processing for all properties. Avrard also supports every department with administrative needs and handles employee relations throughput the corporate offices and Key properties. After a career in education spanning three states, she joined the Key team in 2014. Avrard holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from John Brown University and is a certified SHRM-CP.

    Michael Lang oversees all aspects of Key Real Estate Company’s real estate development activities, including planning, design, entitlements, financing, construction, marketing, sales, leasing, operation, and new deal origination.  Over $100 million of construction and 550 apartments have been undertaken during his time leading Key’s development effort, with an additional $250 million of new projects in the pipeline.  Prior to joining Key, Lang was the founder and principal of Equilibrium Realty Partners, an investment and development advisory firm which crafted real estate solutions for public and private clients. Over the course of his real estate career, which began at Commercial Properties Realty Trust (CPRT) where he served as a Development Associate and later as Regional Development Director, he has also been involved with the closing of more than $205 million in financing and disposition transactions. His experience ranges across a variety of property types, including hospitality, retail, office and mixed-use. Representative transactions include the refinancing of a 715,000SF office technology park, the disposition of a 1MM SF retail shopping center portfolio, and the recapitalization of a 290-room national flag hotel. Lang holds a master’s degree in business administration from Tulane University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Miami – where he was selected as captain of the varsity tennis team. He is an alumnus of the 2008 Council for A Better Louisiana (CABL) Leadership Louisiana Class and has formerly served on the Board of Directors for the Mid-City Redevelopment Alliance, BREC Foundation, and Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge.

    Director of Asset Management
    Brett Clark serves as the Director of Asset Management for Key Real Estate Company and is responsible for implementing lease-revenue optimization programs, as well as conducting portfolio performance reviews with internal and external partners. As part of these initiatives, he assists with the property budgeting and reforecasting process, develops market-specific investment strategies, and monitors the relationship between property pricing practices, market performance and renter acceptance for the entire Key portfolio. Clark also leads all processes relative to real estate acquisition/disposition market analysis, underwriting, due diligence, closing, and investor relations and presentations. Prior to joining Key, he worked in engineering development and manufacturing with Robert Bosch Corporation, a German automotive components manufacturer, and created an online exotic car boutique. Clark holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Auburn University and a master’s degree in business administration from Tulane University with a concentration in finance and international business.

    Ian Corcoran serves as an Associate for Key Real Estate Company where he assists with all asset management activities as well as sourcing and screening new acquisition opportunities. Corcoran also plays an integral role in underwriting, due diligence, investor relations, and the analysis of new and existing market. Prior to joining Key, he began his career doing business valuations for a major class action lawsuit before joining a boutique consulting firm assisting private equity clients in assessing new deals and defining strategic growth initiatives for portfolio companies. Corcoran graduated Cum Laude from Tulane University with bachelor’s degree in finance and economics.

    Owen Barry is responsible for monitoring and analyzing market conditions in order to guide Key Real Estate Company’s market position. Barry also partners with regional and property managers to ensure Key's properties stay competitive in fluctuating local markets. Prior to joining Key, he worked as a research analyst for McEnery Company, a commercial real estate appraisal, brokerage and consulting firm in New Orleans. A New Orleans native, Barry holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Louisiana State University and is a licensed Realtor in the state of Louisiana.

    Bradley Charlesworth is responsible for the management and execution of Key Real Estate Company’s marketing efforts at both the corporate and property level. He oversees social media strategy; branding and website initiatives; public relations; email marketing; and overall communication efforts. Prior to joining Key, Charlesworth worked for Tulane University in New Orleans, where he supported the university’s marketing efforts to graduates around the world. He also serves as a board member for the University of Southern Mississippi Alumni Association and the Broadmoor Improvement District. He holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Southern Mississippi.

    Christopher Centineo is responsible for overseeing Key Management Company’s maintenance operations and facility improvements to ensure the highest quality condition and appearance of all properties. His primary duties include on-site maintenance, unit renovations and exterior improvements. Centineo also assists onsite personnel with emergency response, continuing education and training. Prior to joining Key, he worked as a project manager for Banner Property Management and director of construction and maintenance for Property One. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.

    Gary Soileau manages the overall financial and physical performance for a portfolio of properties in Louisiana and Mississippi. Soileau is responsible for leasing and occupancy performance, rent growth development and planning, employee training and development, expense management, capital improvements and net operating income growth. Soileau has over fifteen years of extensive and progressive management experience in the property management and hospitality industry. Prior to joining Key Management in 2015, Soileau worked for Avalon Bay Communities, a publicly traded real estate investment trust consisting of over 170 apartment communities, in New York City. During his time in New York, he oversaw several large, complex assets in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Soileau holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University.

    Jennifer Spiers manages the overall financial and physical performance for a portfolio of properties in Texas and the Acadiana Region of Louisiana. Spiers is responsible for leasing and occupancy performance, rent growth development and planning, employee training and development, expense management, capital improvements and net operating income growth. Prior to joining Key Management Company in 2015, Spiers held positions as regional manager and property manager with more than 20 years’ experience in multifamily management. She has diverse management experience in new construction, challenged properties and stabilized assets.

    Caitlin Hayes manages the overall financial and physical performance for a portfolio of boutique properties in Louisiana and Mississippi, focusing on historic, amenity-driven, multi-family developments in urban neighborhoods. Hayes is responsible for leasing and occupancy performance, rent growth development and planning, employee training and development, expense management, capital improvements and net operating income growth. Prior to joining Key Management Company in 2015, Hayes worked for Property One, Inc. as manager of the National Rice Mill Lofts in New Orleans. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Loyola University New Orleans.

    Lydia Perez serves as the Director of Training for Key Real Estate Company. As the company’s lead trainer, Perez facilitates education programs and oversees the strategic implementation of policies and procedures at Key’s properties across Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Joining the corporate team in 2014, Lydia brings more than 10 years of extensive experience in both residential and commercial property management, including experience in accounting, human resources, technology services and compliance auditing. Prior to working with Key, Perez served in various roles with companies such as TVO North America and Jones Lang Lasalle and attended Southeastern Louisiana University.

    Timberlynn Platenburg serves as Key Management Company’s training associate. With more than five years of experience working in property management, Platenburg is responsible for assisting with the design and delivery of continuous improvement training programs. She began her career with Key in 2013 as a leasing agent before being promoted to assistant property manager at Ivy Park Apartments, a 252-unit luxury apartment community located in Baton Rouge. During her time at Ivy Park, she developed strategies to keep the community fully occupied despite a challenging economy and competition from a heavily saturated rental market. In 2015, she was named Key Real Estate Company’s Leasing Consultant of the Year. A Houston native, Platenburg holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communication from Southern University.
