On October 1, 2018, Key Management Company celebrated five years of providing happy homes for residents in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. It has taken a collaborative effort by our property teams, Baton Rouge and New Orleans office employees, and investors to grow a company that not only provides exceptional housing for our residents, but also strengthens the surrounding communities.
As we look back over the past five years, the growth and success created by Team Key has been remarkable. Since taking over management of two properties in October of 2013, Key has grown to become one of the leading multi-family management companies in the region with an estimated $600 million in assets and $50 million in active construction underway.
