    Anthony Iarocci is the principal and Chief Executive Officer of Key Real Estate Company overseeing acquisition, development, and property management efforts. Over the past 20 years, he and his team have developed or acquired more than $1.5 billion in real estate product, consisting of approximately 7,000 Class A apartment units and over 75,000 square feet of commercial space. Prior to his ventures in real estate, Iarocci worked with various buy-side investment funds and family offices assisting in the acquisition of well over $100 million in various small businesses in the Banking, Information Technology, and Health Care Industries. Iarocci holds undergraduate and MBA degrees from Tulane University and resides in Uptown New Orleans with his wife and two boys.

    Bill Boasberg is the principal and Chief Operating Officer of Key Real Estate Company, overseeing property management efforts. He guides all vital aspects of the management company and provides strategic direction and leadership for the organization. Prior to joining Key, Boasberg served as President & COO of MGM’s National Harbor near Washington, D.C., leading the $1.6B integrated resort from construction through a successful opening. In his two decades of leadership in hospitality, real estate and property management, he has overseen more than $10B worth of the world’s most iconic real estate and hospitality assets, including The Beau Rivage in Biloxi, The Mirage and the Las Vegas CityCenter, a $9B complex featuring high-end retail, luxury residential, food and beverage, entertainment, casino and lodging. Boasberg has extensive experience in development, operations, revenue management, and building and leading results-oriented teams to success. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University and a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans.

    Matthew Day is the Managing Principal of Acquisitions of Key Real Estate Company,
    overseeing all aspects of the company's real estate acquisition activities and serving as a member of its investment committee. He has over 22 years of multifamily experience working in both asset management and investments.

    Prior to joining Key Real Estate, Matthew was a Managing Director at Hawthorne Residential Partners where he was responsible for acquisitions and dispositions across the Sunbelt. Prior to Hawthorne, he held executive roles at Steadfast and
    CWS. Since 2013, Mr. Day has acquired more than $2.9 billion
    and 23,000 units of multifamily properties throughout the Sunbelt and Midwest.

    Mr. Day holds an MBA from NYIT and completed undergraduate studies at Texas State University. He resides in Austin with his wife and two children.

    Michael Lang oversees all aspects of Key Real Estate Company’s real estate development activities, including planning, design, entitlements, financing, construction, marketing, sales, leasing, operation, and new deal origination.

    More than $180 million of construction and 1,100 apartment residences have been completed and delivered during his time leading Key’s development efforts, with an additional $300 million of new projects in the pipeline or under construction. Prior to joining Key, Lang was the founder and principal of Equilibrium Realty Partners, an investment and development advisory firm which crafted real estate solutions for public and private clients. Over the course of his career, Lang has been involved with or led more than $750 million in financing, development, and disposition transactions.

    Lang holds a master’s degree in business administration from Tulane University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Miami – where he was selected as captain of the varsity tennis team. He is an alumnus of the Council for A Better Louisiana (CABL) Leadership Louisiana Class and has formerly served on the Board of Directors for the Mid-City Redevelopment Alliance, BREC Foundation, and Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge.

    Ian Corcoran serves as the Managing Principal of Asset Management for Key Real Estate Company and is responsible for implementing lease-revenue optimization programs, as well as conducting portfolio performance reviews with internal and external partners. As part of these initiatives, Corcoran assists with the property budgeting and reforecasting process, develops market-specific investment strategies, and monitors the relationship between property pricing practices, market performance and renter acceptance for the entire Key portfolio. He also leads all processes relative to real estate acquisition/disposition market analysis, underwriting, due diligence, closing, and investor relations. Corcoran began his career doing business valuations for a major class action lawsuit before joining a boutique consulting firm assisting private equity clients in assessing new deals and defining strategic growth initiatives for portfolio companies. He graduated Cum Laude from Tulane University with bachelor’s degree in finance and economics.

    Rory Blossman serves as Key Real Estate Company’s Corporate Controller, assuming a senior role in the overall management of the company’s accounting function and is responsible for corporate accounting operations including the maintenance of accounting records, internal controls designed to mitigate risk and ensure accuracy of consolidated financials, and the production of periodic financial reports.

    Prior to joining the Key team, Rory served as the Chief Financial Officer of Latter & Blum. In this role, he oversaw the finance department, which performs the accounting, budgeting, treasury, and financial reporting functions for the largest real estate brokerage in the Gulf South. Rory also previously worked at Ernst & Young in Audit for six years in New York and Houston.

    Rory grew up in New Orleans and graduated from Louisiana State University with a BS in Finance. He also received a Master in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a Certified Public Accountant. He lives in New Orleans with his wife, Marcelle.

    Controller
    Jessica Duggan contributes to the success of the organization by supervising the property management accounting and development departments. Duggan manages the administration of accounts payable on behalf of multiple entities and helps ensure proper internal controls and regulatory compliances are met. She assists in creation of annual budgets, cash flow management and tax preparation. Duggan also provides ongoing training to the accounting team and staff members in order to help maximize efficiency. Prior to joining Key Real Estate Company, Duggan was a Property Accountant at Historic Restoration Inc., a New Orleans-based full-service multi-family real estate company specializing in rebuilding neighborhoods. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of New Orleans.

    As Regional Director, Gary Soileau oversees the overall financial and physical performance for Key's portfolio of properties. Soileau's role involves conducting analysis of operations and developing key business strategies focused on maximizing financial performance. Soileau is responsible for working with the regional managers and property managers to develop and improve systems and performance in all aspects of operations including leasing and occupancy performance, rent growth development and planning, employee training and development, expense management, capital improvements and net operating income growth. Soileau has twenty years of extensive and progressive management experience in the property management and hospitality industry. Prior to joining Key Management in 2015, Soileau worked for Avalon Bay Communities, a publicly traded real estate investment trust consisting of over 170 apartment communities, in New York City. During his time in New York, he oversaw several large, complex assets in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Soileau holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University.

    Caitlin Roniger manages the overall financial and physical performance for a portfolio of boutique properties in Louisiana and Mississippi, focusing on historic, amenity-driven, multi-family developments in urban neighborhoods. Roniger is responsible for leasing and occupancy performance, rent growth development and planning, employee training and development, expense management, capital improvements and net operating income growth. Prior to joining Key Management Company in 2015, Roniger worked for Property One, Inc. as manager of the National Rice Mill Lofts in New Orleans. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Loyola University New Orleans.

    Trisha Torres is responsible for the management and execution of Key Real Estate Company’s marketing efforts at both the corporate and property level. She oversees social media strategy; branding and website initiatives; public relations; email marketing; and overall communication efforts. Before becoming a part of the Key team, Trisha held the position of Assistant Director of Marketing at Tulane's Department of Campus Recreation. In this capacity, she spearheaded cross-functional marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at showcasing the diverse array of fitness and wellness offerings associated with Campus Recreation's program areas.

    Alex Meyer is a Development Associate who supports Key’s Managing Principals in the full scope of real estate development activities. He is responsible for assisting with project analysis, due diligence, financing, design and construction coordination, and project management – working to support all projects from the pre-development phase through stabilization. He also works alongside the Director of Asset Management to manage investor relations and reporting. Prior to joining Key, Meyer worked in credit analysis and underwriting in Austin, TX and has experience performing business valuations for a boutique mergers and acquisitions firm in New Orleans. He graduated from Tulane University with a Master of Sustainable Real Estate Development (MSRED) and a bachelor’s degree in finance.

    Christopher Centineo is responsible for overseeing Key Management Company’s maintenance operations and facility improvements to ensure the highest quality condition and appearance of all properties. His primary duties include on-site maintenance, unit renovations and exterior improvements. Centineo also assists onsite personnel with emergency response, continuing education and training. Prior to joining Key, he worked as a project manager for Banner Property Management and director of construction and maintenance for Property One. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.

    Lauren Selden administers a wide array of day-to-day operations for Key Real Estate including employee recruiting and retention, onboarding and training, employee engagement, payroll processing, HR procedures and documentation, and employee benefits coordination. Before taking on a role in HR and executive coordination, Lauren previously served Key as a Regional Sales Specialist for four years. Prior to joining Key, she worked as a recruiter for UP Professional Solutions and TEKsystems. Lauren graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Psychology and Business.

    Meranda Bailey serves as Regional Sales Specialist for Key Real Estate Company. Charged with providing vital leasing and marketing support for properties throughout the company’s portfolio, Meranda draws on vast experience in marketing and sales. In her role, she provides leasing support for newly developed properties, develops marketing initiatives, and leads area outreach initiatives. Meranda previously worked as a Sales Director for Dee Keller, a luxury footwear brand, with more than 150 accounts nationwide. In this role, she coordinated six trade shows per year in New York City while successfully building new territories across the country. Meranda graduated from Louisiana State University’s E.J. Ourso College of Business with a concentration in Marketing and Sales.

    Tami Corrington serves as the Accounting Manager for Key Real Estate Company, playing a vital role in property and construction accounting functions. She helps manage the accounting team as well as day-to-day accounting duties including auditing financial transactions for properties and development projects, assisting with cash flow projections, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. She began her accounting career at LIVE Entertainment in Los Angeles and later served as Staff Accountant for Pepperdine University in Malibu. After moving to New Orleans, she worked at HRI Properties as a Property Accountant and ultimately served as the Revenue Accountant. In this role she was responsible for managing the revenue processes of 47 mixed-use and residential communities in New Orleans and throughout the United States.

    Price Butcher serves as the Financial Analyst for Key Real Estate Company, providing analytical and modeling support across the organization in order to assist with asset management, market research, revenue management, acquisitions, and property management. Prior to joining the Key team, Price served as a Capital Markets Associate for Matthews Real Estate Investment Services in Nashville, Tenn. In this role, he conducted in-depth financial analysis, cash flow modeling, and valuation assessments to evaluate investment opportunities and assess risk-return profiles for retail and multifamily properties. Price grew up in New Orleans and graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor in Business Administration with a focus on Banking and Finance.
